Local pickup
To ensure your premium, small-batch skincare stays perfectly cool, whipped and out of the Florida heat, your order will be kept inside my climate-controlled studio until the moment you arrive.
- Pickup day
- Saturday mornings from 8 AM to 12 PM.
- When you arrive
- Simply pull into the driveway or out at the curb and send a quick text to 386.569.4961 with your name.
- Delivery
- I will walk your beautifully packaged order straight out to your car!
Missing a pickup & vacation policy
If you miss the Saturday window, please send a message to rearrange. You will have two options:
Studio vacations: If the studio is closed or I am away on vacation, local pickup ordering will be temporarily paused on the website. An announcement will be pinned to our Facebook business page ahead of time, so you can stock up early!
30-day returns
We want you to be happy with each and every Lost in Nature product you purchase. But if you're ever unsatisfied, we accept returns on all new, unopened items for 30 days after your order ships. Your refund will be issued as store credit. Sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable.
